Have you contacted YOUR insurance company. If you had the right kind of coverage, your insurance will cover the damage and will then go agter the resort. If you don't have coverage, it sounds like it's time to get a lawyer and bring a claim. You might try a last letter indicating that you will need to hire a lawyer if they do not contact you and pay for the damage.

You have two options. If you are fully insured, report the damage to your insurance company. They will repair the damage and seek reimbursement by the resort or its insurance company. If you do not have insurance and they will not respond to you, you will need to either hire an attorney to file suit or bring an action on your own for damages to your vehicle.
