Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I have been using a big company's cosmetic products for more than 3 years. Recently, I happened to find out the problem on its eye cream packing. The design of eye cream bottle allows customer to use only half of its content. This means that I pay the full price to get half product. I have purchased 3 bottles eye cream to verify my finding and each one works the same way. I believe that this company uses this kind of design for purpose, aiming to sale more products. Can I sue this company for doing so?

You can try in smalls claims court but the value of your law suit is limited to 1 1/2 times the purchase price of the eye cream. Forget about it.
