Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

bought a car on ebay , its wasnt as described
bought a car on ebay car wasnt anywhere neara described in the ad or as described by the seller. he said no visible rust and the car shows up with both rear wheel wells rotted and have been filled with putty and the putty is starting to crack. under side of car has rusted hole filled rear quarters, holes in the under side panels, holes in the engine compartment that have been filled with putty. he said the car ran like a top, it hesitates, sputters and stalls, and smokes. he said inside was excellent, its worn and scratched and faded. he said since i didnt check out the car before hand im out of luck. but if he would have advertised honestly and answered my questions honestly we wouldnt have a problem i wouldnt have bought the car. now im in minnesota he`s in florida is there anything i can do to get my money back or get some sort of compinsation?
