civil servant suing an apartment complex owner
Does a police officer have the right to sue the ownership company of a housing project apt complex owner for damages and harm done to him by a criminal inside one of their apartments. It is a well documented drug infested crime ridden apt complex where there have been countless assults on oficers among 1000's of other docmented crimes in this complex. I had to leave policework after damages suffered during this incident and it looks like i am going to recover workers comp benefits as a result of psycholoigical problems which caused me unable to work anymore.
