damage
i hire a company to do yard work they damage a car parked in a drive way next door who is responsible the lawn company or the home owner or me

The home owner should inform their insurance, which should deal with you and the contractor. You need to point to the contractor until you are convinced that you should pay. But if you want to have a good relationship with your neighbor, then try to help them against the contractor. Eventually you might need to pay something just to keep the peace; it was your contractor.
