Disenfranchised

Could a Florida voter sue the Democratic National Committee (DNC) for being disenfranchised by the DNC's decision not to seat the Florida delegates?

It's the Republicans in the Legislature that passed the law moving the date that disenfranchised you.

In any event, a suit was brought months ago (before the primary) and was dismissed by the Unitsed States District Court judge in Tampa (Middle District).
