Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My friend went into a buy here pay here car dealer that i bought my truck from. Well we are behind but have been in contact w/ the owner Ron. When her and her husband went in Ron's wife was taking care of them and she was talking to her sisterinlaw about people not paying. The sister in law say the Pigeons? and she say yes i'm gonna tell Ron to pick up there truck. My friend called me right away.

Isnt this a privacy issue ? and why does my friend now no we might loose our truck?
