What kind of lawyer
what kind of attorney would i use for going after school board taking my child on trip out of state with no supervision and airport letting a child go flying on plane with out any permission putting them in danger if something happen?

A good one. Seriously, though, if your child was not injured -- and that appears from your question to be the case -- there really isn't a law suit that you can bring that will produce any recovery. No damages, no law suit -- as I believe I told you before. If you want to hire a lawyer to bring some type of administrative action or pursue some non-monetary action that will end up being pretty expensive.
Why don't you go and raise heck with the school and the school board. Go to the papers. You can't sue because something could have happened or your child might, but was not hurt.
