No lease agreement-eviction

We had a manager in our mobile home park in Florida. He was fired. The mobile home he lives in was a perk of the job. The courts say it's a ''Civil matter.'' What type of notice do we have to give him and how do we get him out?

just evict him under the landlord tennant statutes.
