Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

owed money and property.

my ex, who is now claiming we ''never dated'' owed me around 150$. i have physical proof of this money i lent him. i also recently lent him an object sent in the mail to his house (parent's house) worth about $50 or $60. i have a receipt for that as well. recently found out he is somewhat of a ''con artist'' and have e-mail evidence to prove that as well. what actions can i take to get my money/property back?

Re: owed money and property.

You can sue him, of course. Scammers and con artists rarely have anything you can get and it may not (probably isn't) worth your time. Good riddance. Move on. He's a jerk. Don't give him any more of your time, effort or energy unless you know that you can get something out of the investment in the end.
