Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I was going to purchase a car from a local dealer. (Buy here pay here) and I had some financial trouble and changed my mind. I gave the man 200.00 electronically and he refuses to give me a refund nor will he give me any kind of electronic receipt and reason for no refund. No signature on my behalf was ever used. I sigbed nothing. I have proof of the withdrawal on my bank statement plus I have proof of contact to him. I want my money back. What can I do?
