Can you record phone calls ?

I have litigation pending where I would like to record phone calls. Im in a one party notification state and the others i want to tape are in a all party notification state.

Again the call would originate from a one party notification state...

If you tape call of someone who's located in a state in which all parties must give permission before a call is recorded, then you are committing a crime in that state even if you originate the call from a different state.
