Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I started a tattoo shop with my cousin, in which we both contributed 50% of start-up costs. In time I would make an agreement with him that I would relinquish my half of the business to him with the condition that I would always have a booth there as an artist. I was also not to pay more than $300 per week for booth rental.

Recently, he began to employ his wife in the shop and she convinced him to terminate our verbal agreement from 2007, when the shop opened. I asked him "what about our agreement?", and he said " So what, what can you do about it?". My question is, what can I do about it?

P.S. Yes, I can prove it.

If you are a 50% owner of the company there are quite a few things you can do about it but what form did your business take, LLC, corporation, etc? I would need to know some of these things as well as whether you have a contract with him, etc. Feel free to call my office to consult or check out my website www.behrenlaw.com.
