Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Can I get my truck back legally?

I had purchased a new truck in 1996 with my then girlfriend. Credit wise I did not exist. She co-signed but I paid every payment. I am now married to another woman (happily). I even made double payments to pay off fast. I needed to get her name off the lien. All she had to do was sign paper saying I was rightful owner. There was a balance of $3000.00 left on truck. SHe had addressed changed to hers and paid off balance of vehicle with her credit card. Then went to dmv and had my name taken off title. I have paid from day one. Now she has my vehicle. Can I sue for money I put in vehicle or can this woman get away with this? I worked hard for this truck and now she stole it. Or do I lose. I have every cancelled check. Vehicle is worth $11,000.00.

Please help me. We are now going through court for child support. I put that down as retro support even though I have been paying that too!

Help. Will the judge see this. Or do I lose that too.
