Unanswered Interrogatories

In Civil Circuit, a lawsuit for conversion in a thief by an employee, I filed interrogatories in October 2006 which have not been answered.

How do I compell the attorney for the defendant to answer?

File a motion to compel answers to interogatories. Just state the facts and the judge will require answers if the questions were proper in the first case.
