Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Wrong University Advising

PLEASE HELP!! I am a university student. I was given wrong advice from one of the school advisor, who was not qualified to make decisions. Took classes i did not need to take, and I could have graduated earlier. I was granted an exception by dept chairman to graduate, but is there any legal action I can take?

Re: Wrong University Advising

I do not understand your question. You state that you will be graduating on time anyway. How have you been damaged? Assuming you even had a viable claim, which I am not sure that you do (except maybe on the grounds of promissory estoppel) since you have not been damaged, the courts will not be able to grant you any type of relief. Good luck,
