Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I was arrested the age of 17 and now am 21 I was arrested for shoplifting and police fingerprints. Me. I have send in my application for deferred action I was wondering when I do my fingerprints next week will it show up or will I get denied? Please help me please

Criminal records (even juvenile ones) are reviewed on a case by case basis. If you did not serve jail time (of more than 90 days) you will not be automatically disqualified. It will probably show up in your biometrics.

You should have addressed it in your application. If you did not you can supplement your documents and provide an explanation that mitigates the offense (I would suggest you meet with an attorney to assist with this).
