Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I have a bachelor law degree in Brazil and I worked per 18 months in a law office in US. Based on that, may I apply for a H1B visa as a Paralegal or Law Clerk?

Hi,

Based on your relevant bachelor's degree, the H1B petition can be successfully filed for a paralegal position if the position can be shown to be a specialty occupation, and if the law firm is willing to sign your H1B petition; you cannot self-petition.

You can contact our law firm at 212-268-3580 during business hours, or email [email protected] for guidance.
