Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Hello, I'm a foreign student currently training in FL with a M1 visa. I know I'm supposed to go back home after my training is completed but I'm desperately looking for a legal way to stay in the US permanent. Unfortunately I do not hold a bachelor or master degree to qualify for some other visa programs (that's at least what I was told). I already asked an attorney at another famous internet side and I literally got the answer "get married!" from him, please don't waste my and your time with answers like this! If anyone out there can give me a good advice on how to obtain a permanent visa and work permit I would be forever thankful!!

There truly aren't many options. Your best route to getting a full detailed overview of your options is likey to set a consultation, either by phone or in person, to go over each and every possible option that could apply to you. Immigration to the US is very limited. If you have family members that are US citizens there may be some options. You may be able to stay as student and obtain the degrees required for most employment based visas. Investment visas may be another option for you. As would a valid marriage to a US citizen.
