Visa Process

I am a US Citizen and I get married in a foriegn country. What is the process to bring my spouse to the US?

There are a few ways to do this.

1. You can apply together at the U.S. Consulate Office abroad; or

2. You can petition for a K-3 Visa for your spouse; or

3. If your spouse is in the U.S. in valid status then you can petition and apply for adjustment here.
