dismemberment claim/payment

i was paid a dimemberment claim for the loss of vision in one eye (20/200 or worse). If my vision happens to improve (better than 20/200) down the road or for whatever reason, i am obligated to pay that money back?

The answer to your question really depends on the terms of the specific policy under which you were paid. Generally, you would not need to pay the money back -- but check the terms of your contract.
