hurt finger

Did you answer the 2 questions I sent

1)at age 14 does my daughter have to go on a plane whenever he says to visit(she doesn't want to go at all)

2)My son cant bend his fingr more than half way(needed stitches) after new bike from walmar went out of conrol. Can I sue ? for surgery if he need it?

I am not sure I understand question 1. Generally a 14 year old does not have the right to refuse her parents direction to get on a plane. If this is a custody or visitation issue, however, the order from the court would govern the rights or ability to refuse.

As for question 2, without knowing more facts I really can't give you an answer. Just because your son hurt his finger while using a Bike does not mean you can sue Walmart.
