nofault insurance collision liability

can an insurance co. come back an put a jugment agianst me for an accident in a nofault state when there was only property damage no personal injury? also can the state have a court hearing without my presents. in the summons documents they knew what town and state i was living in in which i was never served.i tried to remorgage my house and i was refused due to the judgement on my credit report.i would like to see if i can get this off my report.

I agree, if the service of the summons was somehow defective then it is likely that you will be able to void the Judgment and have the matter heard on the merits.

No fault insurance refers to medical coverage for injury. It has no bearing on property damage. If you can prove you were never served with process, you can move to vacate the judgment entered against you. Good luck.
