Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida

I have a scheduled examination that was required per my insurance carrier USAA)' What if after their legal commitee meets and decices that they don't like my anwsers will this insurance company coverage began 11/2008 thru 03/01/2009 they currently insure both my cars.The cars was stolen 12/27/08, will the insurance carry be liable to pay the loss claim to the lien holder Capital One Auto ? Also the police have no leads vehicle was never recovered.It's been over 2-months since I've heard anything from USAA.The last conversation that I had was from investigator whom was questioning if I was still in drill status this has nothing to my stolen car was told back 01/25/09 by USAA-adjuster that they wait 30-days to see car turned up it now March 1,2009 '' how can make since of this ? please help

You should probably start to bug them about the claim. They are taking way too long here. They are permitted to investigate the claim to make sure, for instance, that you did not "give" the car away -- but they have had plenty of time. Start calling and asking. You may need to get a lawyer.
