Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

Need to Retrieve AOL email for court case

I am trying to find out if anyone has ever issued a subpoena to AOL for deleted emails, and if so, for a canceled account. I know they keep all emails and I can't seem to find an address and/or a telephone number to contact their legal department. I only get a Post Office Box. If you have experience for a case like this, can you please email me the address, telephone number and any other information you think is helpful? Thank you, I appreciate it.

The end result will hopefully stop the unethical business practices of an attorney who has represented two clients in the same matter and additionally, filed fraudulent pleadings with the court, including a lawsuit. I appreciate any help you can offer.

Yes, such evidence is discoverable in the context of litigation.

As to your request for a referral, I can give you two names in Miami -- I don't want to put them into the LawGuru archive because the site frowns on it.

Best wishes,
