Similar Names for two companies, same town
I registered a company with the name JungleFit, LLC in Florida. We conduct outdoor fitness camps for adults. There is a gym in the same town with the name Jungle Club Sports and Fitness Complex. They feel we stole their name and are infringing on their business.

There is no easy answer. It really depends on how close the nature of the two businesses are and whether you can fairly be viewed as competitors. You should retain an attorney and if you would like to discuss this further please feel free to contact my office.
