if some one live in a different country do I have to go thier and marry them there or bring them over here and marry them over here for them to be considered a us citizen?

You have to marry them and then go through the naturalization process. It isn't fast and you have to pay the government and an attorney, if you want someone with experience to handle the process. Let us know if you want us to handle this for you.

They don't become citizens just because you marry them.

And, it makes a BIG difference whether you marry here or there and the timing of the application for a visa.
