Legal Question in Investment Law in Florida

I probably got scammed for selling an NFT artworks
A stranger asked me to sell my works on NFT marketplace and we chat a little bit and I trusted him so I mint my works on the NFT marketplace and pay 0.25 ETH for that and he bought it from me for a reasonable price
Then when Im about to make the withdrawal process the marketplace said to that I have to pay 2 eth to make the withdrawal as a fee for the marketplace so I didn't
Then after several days I was about to Chek my account on the marketplace it turns out that it has been suspended
I contact them and no answer coming it's been a week and my mony is there and I was thinking if I can do anything or maybe just to get back my 0.25 eth from them in a legal way
