There are no fixed rules, but common sense would dictate most situations.
Leaving a 14 yr old at home on a Saturday between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. should be OK but not Midnite to 4:00 a.m.
A child regardless of age must be kept safe and free from harm. Use that as your guide and forget age.
