What do i have to do to get married unersge without the consent of my father?

I won't even grace this with a direct answer. You and your father need family counseling, instead of using marriage as a way to get out from under your father's rule. Nothing good can happen. Go to your school guaidance counselor, your pastor or rabbi and discuss the problems.

You can't. "Underage" marriage requires parental consent in Florida.
