Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I currently have been dienosed with adhd and some of the symptoms are fidgeting making careless mistakes procrasting etc which are.some of my employer reasoning for sending me home with no pay for the day can theydo this they are also threating to fire me me due for the same reasoning if they fire.me can they fire me due to my medical condistion

Why dont you see a doctor about the condition and get medicated for it so that you can better perform at work?
