Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

If an employer sends me home or tells me not to report to work due to weather, can he use my vacation, personal or sick time to cover the time missed without my approval?

probably not, although there are times and circumstances where the employer can impose vacation use to avoid having to lay people off. It all depends on your contract.
