Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
My supervisr felt I disrespected him in fron of his.in a meeting. His supervisor had a meeting with him and told him he didn't handle it properly. After that meeting, my supervisor sent me an e-mail with conduct standards attached telling me there would be serious results if I am insubordinate which I wasn't (which he even states in the e-mail). This seems like revenge. Reprimanding me for something I didn't do. Is this harrassment?

Sending you an e-mail with conduct standards is not harrassment.
