Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
The end of our pay period is on Friday (bi-weekly) we use to get paid that day then it was moved to Monday then to Tuesday and now to Wednesday. We are not getting paid until 5 days after our pay period ends, it that legal?

Yes. Your employer is still paying within the legal time frame to pay.
