Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I got fired for breaking a company policy one time, while others have received 2 or 3 warnings for breaking more serious policies without getting fired. If the company has shown a practice of giving several written warnings before firing, shouldn't I be able to expect the same? Could I take them to court for wrongful termination in the state of Florida?
