Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I have a huge research project to do and I need a lawyer as an abstract.

Do you think men should get paternity leave from work?

How does this work?

Why do most men hardly never get paternity leave?

Thank you for your question. Does this pertain to Florida and Florida Law? Generally in Florida, there are no laws for private employees to get paternity leave.

However, the Federal Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), provides that employers with more than 50 employees must provide 12 weeks of unpaid leave without being terminated, demoted or discriminated against. This applies to male and females.

If you like, please provide some more details and perhaps I can assist you.
