Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I been at my job for the past 4 years. Started at the very bottom 6.50. A white girl came in right after me and I believe started at 7 or 8.50. No prior experience.

I need a job and thats why I have stayed. Anything over 40 she tells you to leave early next week, but never pays your more then 40hrs that week, and if she does pay more then 40 it is not time and a half, its just time.

Sometimes we can't cash our checks because of checks bouncing in her account. She continually has me lie to people about their paperwork because its not done on time. I am running her family law, wills and probate departments just me at $12.50 an hour where her real estate girls(2), where one has no prior real estate training bring home $700.00 every week, I bring in $400.00. Is that discrimination? I feel so overwork and underpaid and not appreciated. If I quit I cannot receive unemployment, please let me know something. Should I just get another job, believe me I want to

Sounds like your employer is violating many laws. If you quit under circumstances such as you describe, you can still collect unemployment benefits. FOr more information on employee rights check out my blog www.takethisjobnshoveitblog.com or my website www.behrenlaw.com.
