Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I am presently unemployed and on unemployment compensation...I am thinking of going to work for someone in sales..and its strickly commission 100 %...I was wondering if I started a small business, ( revenue probably wouldn't exceed $25,000. a year for two to three years ) and had the commission checks funneled through the business ....would the income for unemployment purposes be based on the profit I make from this new company or would it be based on total revenue...? ie; could I stay on unemployment because this company wouldn't be making a profit for at a guess, two to three years or more...I still have about six months left to collect on unemployment.

Thanks.

If you receive income from a job, you are not unemployed.
