Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
my sister was working for a company for awhile and due to some things she did not like, she is no longer with that company. Well, now the company is saying that she owes them $1000.00 because they mistakenly overpaid her on some of her checks. Where are we to go with this and is this even legal?
