Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I work in a shipping warehouse. We drive forklifts and deal with all kinds of chemicals. Because of the economy being slow, our supervisor does not even want us to wash our hands at the end of the workday while on the clock. He wants us to punch out and then go to the bathroom. I wont touch my wallet or any of my personal things with my hands filthy with warehouse dirt, grease or chemicals. Does he have a right to do this?
