Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have two 20 year old girls each renting a room. One come once a week per the other tenant. (both are bestfriends) However she has paid rent in 3 going on 4mos. Can I evict her without giving her 30days notice. On the 2nd tenant, she has paid half of rent since the beginning of the month. Can I give her a 3day pay in full or move out option. I would like for her to move because she has her boyfriend and @ times his baby staying in the home and bills are steady going up and she is the only person suppose to be living their. Or can I raise her rent and how many days notices can I give her?

You can keep boyfriend from staying there. You must provide legal notice to your tenants in order to evict.
