Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My next door neighbor is making my life hell. On a regular basis she is blaring the TV, radio or having parties and get togethers and just being disrupting in general. I called the police on Thursday night because she was having a party with music blaring, etc.,etc.,etc. 2 days later I found a pile of thrash on my front door. She also started standing in front of my living room window (we all live on connecting 1 floor building) and talks "crap" about me - - saying, I'm old and annoying, etc.,etc.,etc. I have been parking my car on a different street because I'm afraid what she might do to it. I'm a prisoner in my own home because I don't want to have a confrontational situation with her. This is affecting me physically, emotionally and mentally. I have called the landlord 3 different times letting him know that I called the police on her because she was throwing a party on a Thursday night (until 4:00am) but all he says is he is going to speak with her but the situation just keeps getting worse by the minute. What are my legal options at this point? Can I legally force the landlord to evict this monster? Please help me! I'm unemployed and have no where to go either.

Have someone review your lease. Are there rules and regulations for the apartment complex? Have the attorney review them also. You may be able to force the landlord to act OR you may be able to enforce your rights against the unit owner. Either way, it is fairly obvious that your future enjoyment there is going to be hampered. When is your lease up? Have you considered moving? A breach of quiet enjoyment is a serious concern but is a factual question and not easily litigated.
