Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

evicting a tenant

I have an apartment rental that the tenant has been late with the rent 6 times in the past 9 months. She also has caused water damage to my apartment and the unit below. She has refused to allow my handyman to enter the unit to make repairs. She also has her mother living in the apartment (which is a violation of the contract). She refuses to speak to me or my wife. Her mother called in tonight stating that we are harrassing her daughter and that from here on out we need to speak to her only and not her daughter. The contract is with the daughter.

What is the quickest way to evict her and how do I go about getting her to pay some, if not all the damages that she caused?
