Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

The home that i and my family are renting is being foreclosed on,the final judgement hearing is days away i will be attending the hearing, am i allowed to ask any questions at the hearing pertaining both myself and family is still living there and still paying rent?

In all likelihood if the hearing is a summary judgment you wont get a chance to speak. You should have an attorney if you feel something needs to be addressed to the Court. If the final hearing is a trial, then you will have an opportunity to speak but it will be limited to the issues before the Court.
