Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
my landlord is breaking the lease by asking us to move out prior to the end of our lease (9/6/12). Am I obligated to give her notice if we move our earlier than she wants (8/15/12)? Do I have to continue to pay rent if we leave earlier (7/1/12)?
