Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My landlord contracted to have the carpet in our rental house replaced with vinyl flooring. In the process the contractor removed asbestos flooring, breaking the tiles up into small pieces and creating a dense cloud of dust. I have moved out to protect my family. What should I do next?

I'm not sure what you are asking. What should you do next as far as..... getting out of the lease? having your deposit returned? recovering medical expenses? moving expenses?
