Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My landlord let people in to my home without my prior knowledge or consent and now my jewelry and a lot of my things were stolen. When i bring it up to my landlord she told me i need to move out in two days and wont give me my security deposit back even though i have such a short time to move. What legal action can i do for this?

Contact a landlord tenant lawyer right away. This will not end well for her.

You have issues which are not easily established. You would need to establish that the stuff went missing when these individuals were in your room. Not as easy as it sounds. As for your moving, your lease would control. Do you have a written lease? Sounds like a place where you dont want to be there for too long anyway. Hire an attorney asap.
