I have new landlords, my building was sold and i still have my 1 yr lease and it ends October 2007 and the new landlord is trying to evict me. I tried to give my rent and she will not take the payment. So now she states that her attorney has my files due to non payment of rent. She will not fix any appliances in my apt. This is urgent, i need help fast I have a baby on the way thats due April 2007 and have 2 kids thats live in apt. I just need to know what to do? Thank You

You need legal counsel, What they are doing is inappropriate and in violation of the law. Good luck.
