Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

i used my military orders to get out of appt, they sent me my deposit and double charged me on some things, it said if i didnt agree with it i had 15 days to respond, i responded and asked how long do they have to responed to me they said there is no set time i have asked once a week for 2 months what the status and they either avoid or dont call back. i went online and notice thy have had a few law suits against them i just want my $208. how long do they have to responed? should i just take this to small claims or something? i can do it for $25 am i entitled to them paying the $25 as well?

You can ask the court to have them reimburse you for any money you spent in pursuing the legal action against them. Regards,
