moving out without notifying landlord
My tenants who were leasing a home from me in florida have just picked up and moved out without any notice to me they have a lease for l year and have only been living there for 4 months. what legal action can be taken to recover the
remaining rent of lease

If you know whjere they are, you may start a small claims action agaainst them. Whether they have the money to pay it is another storey.
